Damon is a manager and a motivator with more than 15 years of experience in client services. Prior to founding Castus, Damon worked at the world's most innovative juvenile products manufacturer, 4moms, where he managed a network of distribution partners responsible for selling product in more than 50 countries and led a team of sales professionals located around the world. Having built international businesses from the ground up, Damon understands the intricacies of global business development and the diligence required to achieve efficiency in areas like supply chain, production management, and demand planning.
Damon is a graduate of Virginia Tech University and he is guided by the school's motto, "Ut Prosim" (that I may serve) in both his personal and professional life. He is also a graduate of Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) class XXIII and serves as a student mentor at the University of Pittsburgh's Blast Furnace Accelerator.

Julie is a strategic business developer with a keen business sense and a personal touch. Prior to working with Castus, Julie worked at 4moms, where she used her foundation of expert store knowledge to disrupt the juvenile industry on the national level with buybuyBABY and Babies "R”Us. Julie pioneered and grew a grassroots training and merchandising program that covered eight top DMA’s, and has personally visited more than 70 buybuyBABY stores and 100 Babies "R”Us stores. Through developing and leveraging strategic corporate relationships, Julie more than doubled the business at Babies "R”Us and buybuyBABY between 2013 and 2015. She understands the dynamics between key US retailers in both the brick & mortar and online markets, and applies a strategic approach to help growing companies optimize their distribution and reach their goals. Julie advocates for her clients with honesty, respect, and attention to detail.
